Portland Real Estate Market
The Oregon real estate market has had a rough last few years, Portland included. Portland had a glut of condos built pre-crash, and many high-rise condo projects have seen their prices cut in half since they were originally priced in 2005.
Fast forward to 2010, looking to 2011, the market looks soft for the foreseeable future. 2011 will brin even more foreclosures to market as banks look to move their shadow inventory of bank owned homes. A good time for buyers certainly.
