Portland currently has a large inventory of available office space for the growing corporation, freelance writer, up and coming start-up and everything in-between.

Depending on your needs, Portland offers very reasonable per-square foot rates for office space as well as flat-rate spaces in the low 3-digits for a single person or 2-3 person startup.

I currently rent a space at a “co-working” office in the old town part of downtown. There are a handful of these spaces throughout downtown portland for very reasonable rates. They even have desks available starting at $275/month and private offices starting from $475 a month.
